This service is tailored to the requirements of the customer and can embrace as much of the network infrastructure as is required. A network review prior to the commencement of the support service ensures that appropriate resources, and spares provisioning channels, are established. A support agreement can then be created, which details the scope and service levels of the hardware support service. Xenon offers guaranteed on-site response times, support during normal working hours and out of hours by arrangement. Operating from seven engineering locations nationwide, Xenon is able to offer nationwide service, and a fast and reliable spares distribution network enables engineers to be on site faster, with the correct parts. Regular review meetings ensure that service levels are maintained. In addition, customers are able to access Xenon's Bulletin Board to obtain manufacturers' latest patches and bug fixes. Xenon provides support on all types of network hardware, including PCs, workstations, servers, hubs, routers, bridges, monitors, printers and terminals. Xenon's maintenance service is accredited to ISO 9002. |
